ROBERT DDAMULIRA
Founder & CEO
DONNA SANDERS
Operations Director
Donna is a certified energy auditor with the Association of American Engineers and has performed 350 energy audits, 300 household energy upgrades, managed several electrical contractors, and achieved a net promoter score of 9.5. She holds MBAs from elite schools including Hong Kong, London, and Columbia Business schools. Donna is also a U.S Marine veteran. She currently leads the energy operations of GreenPesa.

TOM ROBERTS
Advisor
Tom Roberts works in the Innovation department of IGS Energy, developing next-generation energy management and information solutions for IGS Energy. Prior to joining IGS, Tom started his own business, PowerSage, which was acquired by IGS in 2018.
Tom started PowerSage to help people answer the question “Why is my utility bill so high?” As Senior Director of Operations at Nationwide Energy Partners - a utility billing company serving more than 25,000 apartments. Tom is a naturally curious individual that focuses on the possibilities of situations and thrives on designing solutions to complex problems. His engineering background instills a methodical and systematic approach to problem-solving activities, while passions for customer service and branding guide his interactions.
Prior to Nationwide Energy Partners Tom’s early career included Engineering roles in the research centers for the Mead Paper Company followed by the Trane Company. His career started with the United States Air Force and the Ohio Air National Guard, where he served 6 years with the 121st Tactical Fighter Wing, working with the Electronic Warfare systems. Tom credits his military experience for his foundation in electronics, and more importantly a disciplined, systematic approach to procedures. Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
PROF. KALIM SHAH
Advisor
Prof. Shah is a professor at the University of Delaware, Energy and Environmental Policy Department. He has eighteen years of policy analysis and development experience working as a consultant and researcher in the fields of climate change, energy, and corporate sustainability. His experiences include implementing national and regional projects on climate change mainstreaming, industrial policy evaluation and sustainability investments. He has held senior policy positions with the Governments of Trinidad & Tobago and Canada, Caribbean Central American Action and faculty appointments at top tier University of Delaware (present), Indiana University, York University and the University of the West Indies and has completed over twenty projects and studies in the Caribbean, Central America and Southeast Asia. He has conducted regulatory impact assessments, cost-effectiveness assessments, and multi-criteria assessments. He has also designed and implemented industry, organizational and community surveys and various climate vulnerability, environmental performance, and social protection indices. His research work has been published in over twenty-five peer-reviewed journal articles on climate change and energy policy, environmental management, and corporate social responsibility. A Fulbright Scholar, he holds a Doctorate in Public Policy focused on environmental policy and Masters in Natural Resource Management focused on resource economics. Prof. Kalim provides technical support and advise to YESE team.

After 19 years working in the sustainability space including 9 years with the World-Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). Robert is passionate about applying his accumulated professional skills and experiences in addressing global climate change by identifying and promoting practical solutions, especially in the sustainable energy, water, forestry and food sectors. Robert has accumulated these experiences through his diverse work life that has seen him professionally work and live in over 25 countries.
Robert is the Team Leader at GreenPesa.

Fred Van Dyke, Ph.D
Consultant
As Executive Director of the Au Sable Institute from 2011-2020 (Michigan, USA), Fred developed conservation curricula for students throughout North America and research collaborations with government, industry, and Native American Tribal Nations. In academia, Fred served as Chair of the Department of Biology and Director of the Environmental Studies Program at Wheaton College (Illinois). At state, national, and international levels, Fred has been a wildlife biologist in Montana, a consultant to the US National Park Service, and a contributor to the United Nations Development Programme. With industry, Fred has served as a consultant to the energy companies on forest and wildlife conservation. His research is published in numerous journals and books, and his textbook, Conservation Biology (Springer 2020) is now in its third edition.
Lawrence Agbemabiese, Ph.D.
Consultant
Overall, Lawrence beings over 32 years of experience across a wide range of knowledge and expertise on various environmental sustainability topics. He is currently serving as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Energy and Environmental Policy (ENEP) program, at the University of Delaware (UD). Before joining UD, Lawrence served as Program Officer at the Energy Branch, United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). His duties included monitoring and evaluating several grant-funded clean energy projects, and reporting and publishing lessons learned for internal and global audiences. Lawrence co-managed: the design and implementation of UNEP’s Global Technology Need Assessment (TNA) project (funded by the Global Environment Facility) which covered 36 countries over the period 2008 – 2012; the portfolio of UNEP’s Rural Energy Enterprise Development (REED) initiatives in Africa (2000 – 2009) and China (Yunan Province, 2004 – 2009). He supervised the first interim evaluation of the TNA project and the external terminal evaluation of the REED projects. His skill set also includes innovative applications of cutting-edge software tools to data collection, cleaning, and analysis for use in planning, monitoring and evaluation, such as: Qualtrics, Nvivo, RapidPro, PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment of Evaluations); Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with eigen-vector method; Agent-Based Modeling using the Python programming language.
Eugene O. Itua, Ph.D
Consultant
Dr. Itua, is an Associate Consultant with GreenPesa. He also serves in multiple other roles including as CEO of Natural Eco Capital, which is based in Lagos Nigeria, Director of Global Energy Management (GEMTech) and is also the Regional Coordinator for the West Africa Capitals Hub. He is an accredited Trainer for the SDG Impact Standards, a National Project Coordinator for the Elaboration of Nigeria’s Long-Term Low Emissions Development Strategy (LT-LEDS) and Nigeria's Long-term Low Emission Development Vision 2050. Dr. Itua also co-led the technical team that drafted the Climate Change Bill, now Nigeria Climate Change Act, 2021 and was the lead Consultant for the preparation of Nigeria National Carbon Market Facility (Preliminary Feasibility Assessment) Report for the World Bank, and the Nigeria Forest Carbon Offset Crediting System (NFCOCS). He also served as a technical expert peer-reviewer for E-Mobility Strategy for Nairobi, Kenya. He is a member of the Advisory Board of UNDP’s Africa Green Business and Financing Initiative, South Africa and a Board Member, Governing Council of the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA).

Christina Pellicane
Advisory Board Chairperson
Christina Pellicane is a consultant for universities and entrepreneurship programs and an Expert at the National Science Foundation in the Division of Industrial Innovation and Partnerships.

Most recently, she was the first Director of Commercialization for University of Delaware’s Horn Entrepreneurship Center. In this role, she managed several initiatives including a $2M Proof of Concept program and the UD I-Corps Site. She is a nationally certified NSF I-CorpsTM Instructor and Lean Launchpad educator at schools and incubators around the world.
Ms. Pellicane has experience supporting high-tech entrepreneurs spin out of academia and experience in industry as a research associate at a biotech startup and a business development specialist in a clinical research organization.
Ms. Pellicane is a patented inventor and holds a B.S. in Biology and Animal Science from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business and Science with a concentration in Biotechnology and Genomics from Rutgers University.

David Dorwart

Dave is the Chairman and CEO of ViaOne Services and an Alumni of the University of Delaware (1977-1981). As an advisory board member of GreenPesa, Dave provides business mentorship and support to GreenPesa. He does so by drawing from decades of experience from building successful business ventures in the tech and energy space.

JED TROTT
Advisor
Jed brings to GreenPesa more than 12 years of working experience in energy-efficiency through demand response management. He has accumulated the bulk of this experience with Customized Energy Solutions which he has been working for since July 2007 in the Demand Response Business Line. His work includes advising clients on behind-the-meter Independent System Operator (ISO) and utility market participation and implementation of end-use-customer market participation for partner companies. His focus is on helping customers weather the storms of changing regulations and rates with a strategy that creates an opportunity for low price energy in accordance with customer operational needs. Jed’s most recent efforts have been in electric vehicle and distributed energy resource grid integration.
